RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of unworn items within 14 days of the delivery date.

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind on any full price item purchased online, given the condition of the item is unworn, in original packaging and as new you can return it to us by requesting a return authorization via our contact page with your purchase order number. We will then supply you with the return information required to ship the item back to us.

For item(s) to be eligible for return:

  • Item(s) must be in their original condition unused, unworn, undamaged.
  • Item(s) must include all original paperwork & original packaging.
  • Item(s) must be returned with their original protective case and cleaning cloth.

Returns that do not include all original materials, or have been worn, used, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or be refused a refund.

SHIPPING EXPENSE: For returned items, we require you to cover your return shipping expense (except in the case of a product fault).

Faulty items:

  • We work exclusively with manufacturers prioritizing high production quality and quality control standards. However, if an error occurs and an item arrives with faulty production, please contact us for a full return of the value of the product & return shipping.
  • Please note, while all our fashion lenses are impact-resistant, they are not shatterproof and should not be used for sport or impact protection.

How to return:

  • Reach out to our team with your return request & purchase order number.
  • You will be informed via email when your return request has been received.
  • Repackage the item(s) you would like to return with all original materials.
  • Drop off your shipment at a UPS or USPS facility. Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country.

PLEASE NOTE: We unfortunately cannot refund any taxes or VAT as these costs must be collected & remitted to the country/state which requires them.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Due to the removal of the "de minimis" import exemption in the United States and the subsequent minimum import fees implemented, any import duties incurred by the return will be deducted from your refund total. We apologize for this inconvenience.
